Do you charge a call out rate?

No - here at Commercial Drainage Services Essex Ltd we do not charge a call out rate.
What trade association are you with?

We are accredited to the National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC) which gives our customers peace of mind.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes we do. We have Public Liability Insurance in place just in case, on the off chance, an accident were to happen then we are fully covered.
Are you an emergency call out drainage company?

Yes we offer an emergency drainage service.
How long does it take to clear a blockage?

The majority of blockages are cleared within the hour. Obviously, occasionally blockages may take longer.
What payments do you accept?

We accept cash and all major cards. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept cheques.
Do you use chemicals?

No, we are eco-friendly and are very aware of our environment. We always aim to be as friendly to the environment as possible.
What kind of blockages do you clear?

The majority of our call outs are for blocked toilets, sinks, showers and drains (both surface water and sewage water drains). We do however have a maintenance programme available to help prevent blockages.
Can you carry out replacement of drainage pipework?

Yes we can and do, but in the first instance, we try and repair the drain using the latest in technology as this is usually a cheaper option for our clients, but on occasions a full drain replacement is necessary.
Do you specialise in unblocking and repairing Saniflo?

Yes we do, we specialise in all drain unblocking and repairing, including Saniflo.

Can you clear guttering and downpipes?

Yes because clearing of guttering is a massive problem to both commercial and domestic properties. We will clear all guttering and downpipes.
Do you solve domestic drainage problems?

Our main area of expertise is commercial drainage problems, so our vans are more than fully equipped do deal with any domestic blockage or damaged drain. So yes, we are also a domestic drainage company.
